Top Ideas for Self-Care

I posted recently about self-care and how I’ve come to see how important it is in my life. I shared the main way that I have handled my own self-care as I’ve worked to overcome depression and anxiety. But, I also wanted to create an ongoing list that I could build upon as I’m still working on developing self-care habits, in the hopes that it will be helpful to others as well. So enjoy, and check back for new additions weekly.
